The Life That Fits is dedicated to our quest for the perfect fit. I created this blog to support and inspire women on our journey to wellness, weight loss and a healthy life.
At any given time, a significant percentage of women are either on a diet or considering starting one in the near future. Weight and body image preoccupy a disproportionate amount of our mental and emotional energy, and can prevent us from stepping into our full potential. Weight loss doesn’t have to be a struggle or an on-going theme. It can actually be a catalyst for growth and transformation – a way to discover healthy habits that will impact not only your body, but your personal and professional life as well. Often the very thing that stands in the way of conquering our “weight issues” is actually the key to our growth.
For many of us the perfect fit can initially be about getting into our skinny jeans and reaching our ideal size. However what often starts as a physical journey can end up transforming us in ways we never imagined. My intention with this blog is to share my own journey, as well as my knowledge and experience with weight loss, nutrition, and wellbeing.
I’ve been fortunate to meet and work with some amazing, inspiring and wonderfully insightful individuals, who have taught me so much about health, healing and the mind body connection. I’ve come to appreciate how incredibly interconnected our lives are, and that when we begin to create health in one area, in can open the door to transformation, physically, emotionally and professionally.
A Life That Fits is about so much more than nutrition and weight loss tips, it’s about creating a fit in all areas of your life – professional, physical, relational and spiritual – that is aligned with your deepest values and dreams.
